Vincent P. Foderingham

Bio

Vin is the Chief Executive Officer at Partners Risk Strategies, a risk consulting and insurance brokerage firm with offices in Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA, and Sarasota FL.   As CEO, Vin sets strategy, drives culture and manages risk for the company’s portfolio of clients.  Vin has more than 30 years of corporate risk management and senior leadership experience.

Prior to becoming CEO of Partners Risk Strategies, Vin served as the Chief Insurance Officer at Amazon in Arlington VA, where he led the Global Risk Management and Claims organization with an operating budget of $2.3B and with nearly 300 employees.  Business verticals included Corporate Insurance, Claims, 3rd Party Programs, Program Management, Compliance and Captive Operations which included Day One Insurance one of the largest captive insurance companies in the world with over $3B in annual gross written premium.

Prior to his time at Amazon, Vin was the Corporate Director of Risk Management & Assistant Treasurer at Northrop Grumman Corporation in Falls Church VA, a $30B aerospace and defense contractor.  He led a team of risk professionals across multiple business segments with a new vision of innovative risk management techniques using fact based and data driven processes to manage risk.

Vin also served as Vice President of Risk Management at Feld Entertainment, Inc., which traveling shows included Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, Disney on Ice, Disney Live, Marvel Universe Live, Sesame Street Live, Monster Jam® and Monster Energy Supercross. Vin acted in a consulting role with internal partners and stakeholders to evaluate, implement and execute new strategic risk management initiatives to reduce the total cost of risk. He also led the company’s global security efforts and established Feld’s Security Council protecting its touring show employees across the globe.

Earlier in his career Vin held leadership positions at Bealls Inc. in Bradenton, FL., Raytheon Company, in Waltham MA and Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc, in Boston MA.

Vin is active in presenting at major industry conferences to include the annual RIMS RISKWORLD Conference, Workers Compensation Institute Conference, International Association of Venue Managers, FM Global Insurance Company as well as other professional networks on other topics to include risk mitigation, cyber risks, DEI and supplier diversity. He was featured in Risk & Insurance Magazine several times for his approach in using data analytics to impact the overall cost of risk and was named one of the magazine’s Risk All Stars in 2020. In July 2022, he was named Top 50 Multicultural Leaders by the Tech Inclusion Council.

Vin’s current civic and community service include serving as a member of the Governing Board for Team Success Charter School in Bradenton, FL.  He is the former Vice Chairman of Nominating & Governance Committee for RIMS, former President & Board Chairman for Take Stock in Children of Manatee County, former Chairman of Manatee Community Federal Credit Union, former Vice Chairman of the City of Bradenton Central Community Redevelopment Agency and former Chairman of the Clark University Athletic Hall of Fame Committee. He is an active member of Sigma Pi Phi Fraternity (Gamma Xi Boulé, Sarasota, FL) and served as board member for the Gamma Xi Boule Foundation.

Vin earned his B.A in Sociology from Clark University of Worcester, MA.
