Heather Eichelberger serves as a Client Manager at Partners Risk Strategies, a risk consulting and insurance brokerage firm with offices in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA and Sarasota, FL. In her role, she is responsible for effectively managing client relationships through policy management review, risk analysis and mitigation, client renewals, claims assistance, market research, marketing, and placement of insurance coverage. Heather has more than 20 years of insurance and risk management experience.

Prior to joining Partners Risk Strategies, Heather served as Sr. Risk and Insurance Analyst for Lowe’s Companies, Inc. where she was responsible for the placement of insurance and provided insurance requirements and completed contractual compliance reviews for vendors, both domestic and international.

Prior to her time at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., Heather worked with predecessors of USI Insurance Services, Inc. where she served as Sr. Account Manager, Account Executive, RFP Team Lead and Marketing & Placement Specialist.

Heather started her insurance career with Health Alliance Plan (HMO) where she focused on Medicare, Medicaid and supplemental health and prescription enrollment plans. Heather has been a licensed insurance professional since 2001.
