Milton Jones

Bio

Milton Jones is a Co-Founder of Partners Risk Strategies, LLC.  Milton has an extensive background in mitigating and managing enterprise risk, including operational, credit, financial, market and reputational risk.

Milton is also a Co-Founder of Peachtree Providence Partners Holding Company, LLC (parent company) formed in 2014.  The subsidiaries of the holding company specialize in advisory services, financial solutions, commercial insurance brokerage, and private equity investing.  Peachtree Providence Partners is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and has an office in Charlotte, North Carolina.  The holding company has built a strong portfolio of start-up and mature companies that benefit from capital and operational management expertise.

Milton is the former Executive Chairman and a founding member of CertusBank, NA. In this role, he oversaw Board governance and provided input to the strategic direction, capital formation and investor interaction that helped grow the organization into a $2B Company organically and through acquisitions.

Milton is a 32-year veteran of Bank of America and its predecessor companies where he held several senior executive roles.  As Georgia Market President, he was the ranking executive publicly to customers and communities for an institution with more than $12 Billion in retail deposits, 155 Branches, and 7,000 associates. In addition, Milton led Bank of America’s Global Supply Chain Management which was responsible for more than $16 Billion in Managed Corporate Sourcing.

Milton serves as the Chair of the Board of the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). He also serves as the Vice Chair of the Meharry Medical College Board of Trustees, Treasurer, and a Board member of the 100 Black Men of America, Budget, and Finance Committee Chair.

Milton is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Accounting and is an alumnus of Leadership Georgia and Leadership Atlanta.
